Role Group is searching for a professional and outgoing receptionist to join the team, based on the front desk. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and be confident providing customer service and administrative support.

This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

The role includes

Greeting and welcoming a wide range of  visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.

Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.

Assisting the training team

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.

Support administrative staff with various tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.

We are looking for a receptionist who:

Has been in a busy reception role previously, for a few years

Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is required

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Strong clerical skills including familiarity with office equipment and procedures

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing

A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30
